Clean, good value hotel, the location was favourable just next door to very close to another side where the sunsets are perfect and the Philippines and the sea. The room was brand-new and cozy with the upper terrace as well as seaview, met requirements: D

My room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and coffee and tea making facilities. the sea view from the room was a nice bonus. - the hotel's location was convenient, being close to the main tourist areas and also near perfect spots for watching sunsets.
